We Consider the whole system approach to packaging. We ensure the package design is tightly integrated with the rest of the system. We have the capability of using our CAD systems to harden the package to a fault tolerant design, as well as using easily replaceable modules and assemblies. This results in a low mean time to repair with easy diagnoses and replacement.
